Thomas Duhr
Thomas has been with CGI since it’s inception January 1, 1992 and is a member of the National Association of Underwriters, is a Vietnam Air Force Veteran, and has been in the insurance business for the past thirty seven years
Prior to incorporating CGI, Thomas started his career with State Mutual in their group division selling group health and ancillary products. Later he went on to work with Northcare, a staff model HMO, United Heath, Provident Mutual, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois, and lastly with Employee Benefit Plans (EBP). As Vice President for EBP he was responsible for sales, staffing and the introduction and development of a new group product which dominated the Midwest Region for five consecutive years. Brian CieplyBrian has over thirty six years of experience in the employee benefits field. Brian is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
Prior to joining CGI, he represented several major group insurance carriers. Brian’s expertise is exhibited in the group ancillary benefit field, such as Group Life, AD&D, STD and LTD. He also exhibits expertise in the Employer self-funded field utilizing his extensive knowledge of Medical Stop Loss coverage and its markets.

Joseph DuhrJoe has been a Sales Representative with CGI since 2002 and handles the midwest with focus on Wisconsin and Michigan. Joe also handles the I.T. needs of the company and was one of the key components in developing the ISIS System.

Chuck HardingChuck has been a Sales Representative with CGI since 2004. Chuck covers the midwest with a focus on Ohio, Indiana, and Wisconsin.
Chuck is an Air Force Veteran serving from 1966-1970 and eventually graduated from Miami University in Ohio. Chuck worked in the TPA business from 1994 before joining CGI.

Kathy McDonaldKathy has been with CGI since 1994. She currently handles stop loss renewal quoting and works with brokers, TPAs and the underwriters.
Kathy also assists the sales assistants, Megan and Lynn, with any questions they may have as well as handles any client problems where intervention is requested, i.e., claim reimbursements, enrollment, plan document questions. She is well known for getting a speedy and satisfactory resolution for all parties.

Megan WickershamMegan has been with CGI since Sept 2004. Megan handles all new RFP's for both Tom Duhr and Chuck Harding as well as assist with the rest of the Sales Staff.
Megan is also in charge of handling all new cases that are sold with CGI making sure that everything is complete from start to finish. She works very closely with the Sales Rep and Brokerage Agencies/TPA's during the sales cycle to make sure everything is done in a timely manner.| Title:

Lynn AndersenLynn has been with CGI since 2005. She is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where she earned a Bachelors Degree.
Her responsibilities include new submissions for Brian Cieply, Joe Duhr and Greg Retzlaff. Lynn also oversees the renewal of all existing Organ Transplant Policies currently in place by CGI as well as all insurance licensing. | Title:
